She was very responsive to our questions in the lead up to the wedding with changes to the draft, and made us feel we were in safe hands for the ceremony. She was a reassuring and friendly presence on the wedding day, and provided a very warm and welcoming aspect to the ceremony, while running the proceedings very smoothly and professionally.
